Free shipping to US destinations by USPS Priority Mail. Overnight shipping available for an extra fee. The cutoff here is 2pm, quite early. International shipping is available. Priority Mail 6-10 business days & Express mail 3-5 business days. 

People have told me the the post office is their preferred way to receive international packages. UPS charges around 3 times the price.
